		<description>Fortunately, I read this just before going to lunch with a colleague. I normally lunch solo as I consider that to be a sacred break time from my coworkers. But I make exceptions for some people, some times. This particular associate is someone who I will be friends with as long as long as the peoject lasts. 

But that is just context. What was fortunate, was that your post prepared me to talk with her about her other job: leader of a band. We talked about her need to let go of a band member. We spoke of the intricate process of untangling the professional, the personal, and the artistic. Fortunately, my mind was already in a healthy, constructive space for this conversation.</description>
