Day 13

I did something really out-of-my-ordinary this week:  I went to bed without handling all my email.

There were 32 messages in my Inbox. I had intended to clean out the inbox to zero on a daily basis during this routine-breaking year.  I knew it wouldn’t take very long to deal with those messages - but I chose to call it a night.

Thanks, Arianna.  I don’t know if I would have done it if I hadn’t read about your Sleep Challenge. 

I’d write more about the beauty of a full night’s sleep , but I’m too full of energy to sit here any longer.
